If you are not 100% satisfied with an item, you can return it within 30 days of having received your order for a full refund. The 30 days begins on the day you received the product. After 30 days, you will no longer be able to return your order. Make sure to include the return packing slip that we will e-mail to you if we cannot put the problem right. If you have received a defective item, we want to know. Please e-mail us for further support email@example.com, marking the e-mail title as RETURNS.
Since we process orders as quickly as possible, you can only cancel an order by emailing our Customer Service Team. Please do this as soon as possible after you have placed the order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Note, however, that changing your order might not be possible since the shipping process begins immediately after you have placed the order.
However, if you do receive an item in connection with an order we were unable to cancel, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.
